6th Oktober to November 1

The land down under!

In October I was lucky enough to catch up with everyone back home. Here is a quick summary. 

Weddings, bucks parties etc. 

The main reason for my visit was the wedding of two of my closest friends, Will and Robyne:) Prior to the wedding was the usual buck party thing with a little high performance driving and of course a porcelain Gnome.

The wedding was a great event. I have a few hundred photos so for anyone who wants to see some more photos please email me and I can send a CD through!

Family

Mum and Michael's house is coming together, almost:) The kitchen is split between the lounge room and front and rear decks. I had many lovely nights in the most finished rooms:)

I spent some time with Nanna at her place at Tweed heads.

And shared a "Weizen" beer and played some golf with the old man.

As you can see those golf lessons have really paid off:)

Close friends & Extended families

It was a great time to catch up with some of my old friends.

And we have the first of the kids to pop out of the uni bunch. This cutie is Adam and Kel's son.

Rainbow Beach

I had to spend a little time at my pile of sand and the local beach at Rainbow. You certainly miss it after 8 months in Europe.

The flight back

A couple of interesting shots on the way back. The first 2 are of Afghanastan not too far out from Kabul. It is amazing to think people can actually live here. Totally devoid of trees. On the right is a picture of London town.
