I had a problem the other day where I the Optus Wireless Internet program would install OK, when it was run it would come up in the task bar as per usual, however the window would not actually display. I called Optus technical support and they advised me to run the program ResetWilogWindowPosition.exe.

I was using version 2.3 of the install CD
